• Crafting seamless user journeys and engaging experiences across web, app, and digital platforms with a user-centric approach.
• Conducting thorough UX research to inform design decisions, gathering feedback early and iterating based on real user and client insights.
• Working closely with founders and a creative director to translate client ideas into functional, visually cohesive design solutions.
• Partnering with engineers and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process to ensure designs are feasible and aligned.

• Expected proficiency in Figma as the primary tool for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration, especially in a fully remote, cross-functional team structure.

We prefer candidates located in North Carolina or along the East Coast, though this is not a requirement. As a fully remote team, we operate around the clock, with team members contributing across various time zones.
