We’re in search of 1 software engineer intern to join the team at Arrow North. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in developing high-quality software products and driving impactful solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work on a wide range of projects, from building scalable web and/or mobile applications to designing data-driven tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions that solve real business problems. This role offers the opportunity to engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle while working with modern technologies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Getting involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design through to testing and deployment.
• Helping design and build data-driven tools and contributing to data analysis tasks alongside traditional coding work.
• Working alongside other team members and departments to deliver custom software solutions that address real client business problems.
• Contributing to system design discussions and decisions, particularly around building scalable and efficient architectures.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous work on personal or team projects is highly preferred

• Experience programming with at least one software programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc). Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Django, FastAPI, etc.) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges 
• Ability to handle multiple types of work within software development (coding, data analysis, system design, etc.)
