Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

This position leads the planning, development, management, and performance reporting of complex strategies and marketing initiatives that increase client awareness and profitability for the Wealth Management Team.  Implements strategic programs targeting client acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and referred business. Analyzes sales trends and competitor marketing to enhance the Bank's marketing tactics with a focus on digital delivery. Develops and executes the communication of marketing initiatives. Responsible for the financial justification and budgeting of advertising, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Facilitates integration through the branch channel, and digital banking platforms. Responsible for ensuring brand integrity, content accuracy, and regulatory compliance for all marketing initiatives and materials. May provide leadership and guidance to less experienced associates in the work group.

Grade 8 PM Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr

Grade 10 PM Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr

Voice/Data Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities include

  • Prepare, Plan, and Deliver using project management methodologies across the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement, to project delivery, through contract closure

  • Requirements Gathering

o   Work w/Cisco Engineers & customer to document project requirements

o   Define and collect technical data points required for Project success

  • Cost Estimation and Project Planning

o   Develop Work Breakdown Structure to define effort level and amounts to complete project efforts

o   Work with Cisco Engineers to establish critical path

o   Document Project Assumptions and Risk

o   Draw up quote to be provided as a cost estimate to  Customer

  • Implementation Support

o   Lead/Support implementation cutovers

o   Define and follow escalation plans

o   Document issues and lessons to be learned

o   Communicate project status

o   Work to coordinate multiple teams to deliver successful project changes

  • Project Financials Setup,  Tracking, and Closure

o   Establishing initial Project Budgets

o   Perform Revenue & Cost Forecasting

o   Track Financial Health of Project

o   Invoice customer for work completed

o   Follow Cisco Business Policy throughout lifecycle to project closure

  • Deliver Projects in accordance with ISO 9000 Policy

Required Experience & Skill Set

  • Minimum 3 Years’ experience working with Large Enterprise Size Customers to implement Voice/Data Networking Technology Projects

  • Strong MS Excel Skills: Simple math, Formulas, pivot tables, V Lookups, etc.

  • 5 - 8 years’ Experience using MS Project to setup and deliver projects

  • Significant ability to communicate with Business terms and  Technical Vocabulary

Preferred Experience & Skill Set

  • Certifications: PMP(or Prince), ITIL, CCNA, MCSE (In order of Preference)

  • 5 - 8 Years’ experience working with Telecommunications Projects

Non-standard working hours are required (nights and weekend included)
